“Hannah joined us as a collaborator during the Creative Birth Programme in autumn 2017. Creative Birth is a 4 month programme for pregnant women combining movement, midwifery input and artist-led creative activities to support pregnancy, with and mothering. Hannah joined on the third workshop, MILK, as we explored breasfeeding and nurturing for both mother and baby. Hannah created an amazing menu for participants based on ingredients that support or promote lactation. As well as preparing and serving delicious food, she also presented her knowledge on nutrition for pre and post natal, and provide some recipe cards for women to take away, encouraging advance cooking and freezing of meals before baby arrives. She is so inspiring and her food really is delicious. As Creative Birth Programme grows in 2018, we’ll be looking forward to working more with Hannah!”

“Hannah created a beautiful vegetarian spring-inspired seasonal lunch for a yoga and creativity retreat I ran in south east London in April 2018. Hannah is an incredibly versatile and creative cook and the meal she prepared was so tasty snd fresh, whilst also catering for allergies and dietary requirements for our 21 participants. As well as being so efficient and organised ,Hannah is so flexible in working around logistics of locations and available space which made everything so easy on the day. All 21 attendees loved the food and all commented on it. I will be asking Hannah to join us again on future retreats!"
